MŌDAN means Modern in Japanese. We serve a progressive Japanese Degustation Menu focused on local and Japan-flown ingredients with the use of Neo-traditional Japanese techniques cultivated by Chef Jorge Mendez.
Our restaurant has an intimate omakase-style set-up. We are located in Cubao, Quezon City.
We are usually open from Wednesdays to Sundays, with 2 seatings at 5:30pm and 8:30pm

This menu is a celebration of departure, not as an ending, but as the beginning of a new journey.
Inspired by the Japanese word tabidachi, meaning “to set off,” this final Cubao offering honors the memories, milestones, and moments we have shared in this space. Each course reflects gratitude for the past and excitement for what lies ahead.
As we prepare to welcome you in our new place, we invite you to join us in this meaningful transition, a farewell to one chapter, and a toast to the next.
